Sharing our story!
Greetings for 2015 from the House of miniature
Painter’s Philgreg! While wishing you the very best for
2015, hope all of you had a great holiday season. We had a
remarkable year at Philgreg as we completed 12 years of
painting miniatures for you and even had the opportunity to
meet some of our clients from USA & Australia. The story
behind our success for 2014 has been the superior quality
checking executed at our end and also collaborating very
closely with our clientele to obtain more accurate painting
instructions. This exercise certainly takes a lot of our
time but it has definitely paid off. Almost 100% of the
commissions we embarked on during 2014 were error free and
we’ve had high praise from all our clients. We have also
dedicated one of our staff solely to type all the painting
guidelines so that all instructions are flawless to our
Painters while upholding a two way communication with our
esteemed clients. As shown below we have painted more 15mm
figures compared to other scales. It was also very
interesting to discover that we have also served an equal
amount of clients from Australia though we always assumed
that most of our clients are from USA. While remaining
committed to serve you better always we thank all of you for
patronizing us during the past and hope to hear from you
soon.
